Not Everyone Can Be a Teacher!!

Teaching was never just a job—it was a calling. But today, it has become just another profession, often taken too lightly.
It’s disheartening to see literacy being mistaken for education, and the noble art of teaching reduced to an experiment for those who ‘try it out,’ only to walk away when questioned or held accountable. They demand more yet offer less, treating classrooms as stepping stones rather than sacred spaces of learning.
As an advocate for education, I recognize the deep flaws in our system. When did Education became all about Schooling???! Schools (they werent called ‘school’- were once temples of knowledge—where wisdom was nurtured, values were built, and minds were shaped. Today, they resemble malls of information, where learning is transactional, attention is bought, and networking overshadows true growth. The true changemakers—those working tirelessly to uplift education—are rarely acknowledged, while paid promotions build brands, not educators.
Since the 1850s, the system has been designed to shape followers, not leaders. The distortion is real, and the impact is profound. How much longer will this continue? Where do we draw the line? If this is the effect of Kalyug, then surely there is light somewhere. I refuse to give up. My commitment is unwavering. This is not a ceiling—it’s a challenge.
Can’t stop, won’t stop!
