Education: A Lost Purpose, A Call for Change

Why are some people Silent?

In every conversation about education, one thing is clear—everyone knows something is wrong.
❌ Teachers feel unheard and stuck in a system that treats education as a job, not a calling.
❌ Schools are run like businesses, chasing admissions, branding, and marketing instead of focusing on learning.
❌ Parents struggle with the gap between what education promises and what it delivers.
And yet, no one speaks up.

Why? Because change isn’t bigger than our own needs.
We adapt. We accept. We move on.
And the cycle repeats.

But what if we stopped?

Schools Have Become Malls, Not Temples of Learning

Education in our country was once a temple of knowledge—a space where learning was sacred, where teachers were mentors, and where students weren’t just collecting certificates but seeking wisdom.

Now, we have malls of information.
📢 Schools compete to have the “best facilities.”
📢 Parents choose based on “USBs” (Unique Selling Points) marketed for admissions.
📢 Teachers clock in and out—not because they don’t care, but because the system no longer supports real education.

So, who is actually educating our children?
Where is the space to nurture thinkers, creators, problem-solvers?

Teaching Is More Than a Job—It’s a Responsibility

Most people who enter teaching today do so because it’s a job, not a mission.
🔹 When you treat teaching as a checklist of tasks, education loses its soul.
🔹 When school management is more focused on business growth than student growth, learning suffers.
🔹 When we keep quiet because it’s easier to fit in than fight the system, we allow this cycle to continue.

But here’s the truth—this system will not change unless we demand it.
Schools should be led by educators, not marketers.
Classrooms should be places of exploration, not memorization.
Teachers should be mentors, not employees on an assembly line.

The question is—who will make this change happen?
